Maverick Photographers is a group of exhibiting artists that support each other’s exploration of storytelling through the visual arts. Based in Silicon Valley, the collective fosters photographic growth through an atmosphere of inspiration and experimentation.

The late Brian Tramontana, former Chair of Photography at West Valley College in Saratoga, started the group in 2007 when he brought together an eclectic mix of photographers. While the group members have changed over the years, we continue to use our cameras to explore the world and create photos of our times.
